• Oversee and manage all adult programs including, email, contract creation, and invoice  management. •Coordinate with partner organizations. • Working with the Learning and  Education team, to develop an effective strategy to ensure that Taft Museum is intentionally  inclusive, equitable, and accessible. Serve as team leader on staff Equity, Diversity, Inclusion, and  Access (EDIA) committee. • Hire and manage artists of all mediums for adult programs. • Work  with the Director to regularly evaluate and review adult programs, both in-house and in the  community. • Manage Lunch & Learn lecture series, Young Professionals programming, and  musical programs.
